Meet Chef
Micheal Staurenghi
It all began in the heart of Parma, at a small family-run pasta shop in Emilia where his passion for cooking grew with each visit to local markets.
His journey then took him far and wide to restaurants within hotels and resorts around the world, bringing with him his authentic recipes at every stop. Now in Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur, Chef Michele adds another hotel to his list as he crafts an experience that reminds Italians of home – all cooked from the heart.
